This is an absolutely incredible piece of crystallized leaf gold from the California Motherlode. This piece has great color along with excellent luster and shine. A micro amount of the remnants of the snow white quartz that was the matrix for this piece is still attached and makes a beautiful contrast with this bright leaf gold.
